Today we are doing a live cooking show - today - January 11, 2026 - about 430 pm LA time. Now, there are always technical difficulties - always. Which means something always happens.

Today we will be cooking some great chili with a lot of warm spices. This is a delicious, easy recipe to cook. We will also make cornbread.

Nothing fancy - but these are dishes that are healthy, delicious and made of spices that you may not have thought about adding to beans.
