I've purchased one in the past that was highly recommended and it was wildly inaccurate, posting very low readings for my husband and for me. A cuff is kind of worthless if it isn't accurate. To be clear we had both had our BP checked at our medical offices that day or within a few days and if our BPs were as low as the readings on the home unit said I think we'd be on the floor.
