🥩 You’ve had your fill of turkey…

…but it’s time to get back to how we actually eat — Mediterranean-style.
This Friday at 4:30 PM PST, join me live on TikTok (@drterrysimpson) as we make something festive, but still aligned with the science and flavor of the Mediterranean table:

Lamb Lollipops with Dijon

Za’atar & Sumac · Roasted Carrots with Tahini

Bulgur-Herb Salad

🐑 Lucky Loves Lamb Day

On the Mediterranean diet, you can enjoy up to four ounces of red meat a day — about two or three lamb chops.
Perfect portion. Perfect flavor. And in our house, it’s Lucky Loves Lamb Day 🐾

You don’t need a full rack of lamb for this. Most grocery stores sell individual lamb chops — they cost less, cook faster, and don’t require any trimming.

The Dijon adds both flavor and a natural glaze. If you want that restaurant look, you can drizzle a bit of balsamic glaze over the finished chops — but it’s optional.

🥕 The Supporting Cast

We’ll pair the lamb with roasted colorful carrots finished with tahini-lemon drizzle, and a bulgur-herb salad bright with parsley, mint, and lemon.
It’s a full Mediterranean meal: balanced, quick, and colorful — and yes, Lucky gets the bones.
